We want you to look your best in our Baju Melayu and Modern Kurta; if your fit isn't perfect, you may return or exchange your items within 14 days of receiving your order. Please ensure all garments remain unworn, unwashed, and with original tags intact to qualify for a refund or replacement.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Contact our customer service team via email or WhatsApp with your order number and the reason for the return or exchange.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the Baju Melayu or Kurta back in its original packaging, ensuring all accessories like buttons or songkok are included.

• 3.
  Ship the Parcel

  Send the package back to our warehouse using a trackable courier service and provide us with the tracking number for monitoring.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once we receive and inspect the garment, we will process your exchange or issue a store credit refund within 3 to 5 business days.
